2. Service Description

NanoPlayer Pro is a device activation platform and media player application. We provide technology to activate and manage media player devices for Smart TVs.

Important: We do NOT sell, provide, or distribute any video content, TV channels, movies, or streaming services. Users must acquire content from legal sources externally.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have proper licensing for any content they access through our application.
  • Users must use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.
  • NanoPlayer Pro is not responsible for the content that users choose to play through our application.

4. Subscription and Payment

The application offers a free activation period for testing purposes. After this period, a license must be purchased to continue using the activation services.

Refund Policy: Please be advised that all sales are final. There are no refunds after purchase.

5. Limitation of Liability

NanoPlayer Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
